Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email and whatever you tell us about the job. We do not buy contact data and we do not sell yours.
To call you back, schedule the visit and get the right crew to your property. Nothing else. It stays inside the company and goes to the people working your job.
The contact form asks you to agree to be contacted by phone, text or email. That consent covers your enquiry and the job that follows it. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not sell or share your number with anyone. Reply STOP to any text to end messages, or tell us on the phone and we will note it. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and which buttons they use. It records things like the page you viewed, roughly where in the world you are and what kind of device you used. It does not tell us who you are. Your browser settings can block it.
Requests are kept while we are working with you and afterwards as the business record of the job. If you asked about a job and never hired us, tell us and we will delete it.
Call us or use the contact form and ask. We will confirm when it is done.
The form is delivered by an email form service and the site is hosted on a content delivery network. They handle the message in transit. Nobody else receives your details.
